Pet Travel Requirements

Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth journey with your dog on GO Transit

Carrier Required

All dogs must be transported in a fully enclosed, leak-proof carrier. The carrier should be secure and comfortable for your pet throughout the journey.

Size Limits

Maximum carrier dimensions: 55cm x 40cm x 23cm (22in x 16in x 9in). The carrier must fit comfortably on your lap or under the seat in front of you.

Stay Contained

Dogs must remain inside their carrier for the entire journey. This ensures the safety and comfort of all passengers and prevents any incidents.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome without a carrier and travel free of charge. They provide essential assistance to passengers with disabilities.
